该片是由jeanrollin执导的恐怖片,于1981年上映，主要讲述了:Set in an unspeci.fied Fren.ch .village, the locals a.re shocke.d when a group of gir.ls skinny dipping .in the nearb.y lake (all ver.y tastefully done .I hast.en to add) are kil.led by a group of zombie.fied Nazi so.ldiers, t.hat sp.ring up out of the waters a.nd drag them. down to their demise.. . . . . . 　　A couple of dete.ctives ar.e brought in to try a.nd solve the myste.rious murder.s, only to end .up as the zombies .next v.ictims. It turns o.ut that during the war, .the French r.esistance. ambus.hed and killed a squad of G.erman soldie.rs and dumped the bod.ies into the nearby lake, b.ut .failed to take notice of. any of t.he .local superstitions (.never a w.ise move). Although, .seeing as this fil.m appears to. be set in the .early 80's, why it.'s tak.en so long for the.m to emerge and start ki.lling people. is a bit. of a .mystery, but there you go. . . . . . 　　Not-with-standing,. the vill.age.rs quickly organise a. lynch mo.b to take down the zo.mbie menace, only .to end up be.ing decimated b.y the undead soldi.ers, w.ho's 'convincing' .zombie make-up basically. consists of. green pa.int, w.hich doesn't even cover the. whole of th.e actors faces and ke.eps washing off in the lake.. . . . . . .　　There's also a biza.rre sub plot about. one of the .zombies visitin.g his former daugh.ter, w.ho strangely still. looks all of 12 despite. the fact sh.e should .be in .her 40's if she was born ne.ar the end o.f the war, but then s.ince when did logic ever co.me .into these films? Such a.s why do .the.ir uniforms still loo.k almost .new despite being und.erwater for 40 yea.rs, or how c.ome the skinny .dipping girls are .only k.nee deep in the wa.ter when viewed from the. lakeside, y.et appear. to be. swimming in 12 feet of it .from the und.erwater shots? . . . . 　　.Bad. acting, naff zombie .make-up (.the aforementioned gr.een face paint), p.ainfully obv.ious underwater. shots filmed in a. swimm.ing pool, not to m.ention the plot inconsis.tencies bigg.er than t.he afo.rementioned lake itself. Lo.w budget doe.sn't even begin to de.scribe this film, which qui.te .unbelievably was directe.d by resp.ect.ed Eurohorror directo.r Jean Ro.llin, albeit under th.e pseudo name J A .Laser. . . . . . 　　That's not to say. the film is.n't witho.ut mer.it. I bust a gut laughing a.t the thorou.ghly ridiculous scene.s of the zombies attacking .the. naked young girls, and .the equal.ly .ridiculous slapstick .battle wi.th the angry villager.s.
